Currently, we do not have a large capacity to store our final product — we are working on getting large freezers to do so. That means we only have inventory in the spring and fall. If you would like to be alerted when our meat is back in stock, please sign up for our newsletter!

Order for Pick-up

1. Visit on online store and shop as you normally would.
2. Place your order, input your zip code, and select pick-up at checkout.
3. We will get your order together in a couple days and notify you when it is ready to be picked up from the farm. We will be in touch to figure out exact timing.
4. Enjoy your product by defrosting it or placing it in your freezer for later!

Order for Delivery

1. Visit our online store and shop as you normally would.
2. Place your order, input your zip code and see if we are shipping to your area. Currently shipping to parts of PA, NY, NJ, DE, CT, VA, and MD.
3. We pack boxes for delivery on Monday and Tuesday to insure they get to you in a timely matter. We will pack your order up in an insulated box with gel packs to keep the meat frozen in transit.
4. We will notify you when your order ships and you should expect to receive it the next day.
5. Enjoy your product by defrosting it or placing it in your freezer for later!

Bulk orders

If you are interested in a bulk order (more than 1/8 cow at a time), please contact us directly. These orders are a larger up front cost for the customer but allow for more customization of the butchering process; i.e steak width. 

If you are interested in splitting up a cow worth of meat over a year long period, we are working on subscription boxes so that the cost is not as prohibitive!
